What is a conditional dismissal based on the completion of an anger management course?

Does it mean that you are convicted? Can you expunge the record after it?

    Like – who cares?

It means, whether the conditions are met (program total, no other offenses, whatever), then the case will eventually be dismissed. By being dismissed, there neither an acquittal nor any finding of guilt.

Maximum likely whether you successfully total Rage Management and do not get in anymore distress you can have the record expunged but maximum place will want at minimum 4 years of clean history after the completion of rage management.

A conditional dismissal means the charge will be dismissed whether certain conditions are met for a protracted period of time. Basically, whether you total all your sessions, meet all the other obligations set by the court including paying fines, fees, and any supervision costs, and do not reoffend for a certain period of time, the charge will be dismissed and will not appear on your record.
